If there is any contradiction between the Italian language version of the Terms of Use and the translation, the Italian language version shall take precedence.

• All products are exclusively downloadable from the site "ideem.it".
• No products on the site can be shipped.

- Freebies | OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT LICENCES AND USES.

• All source files downloaded on this website are royalty free.
• The "freebies" file can be used with a limited royalty free licence, for educational purpose or personal use only (school and didactic examples, test, exercises, etc...).
• To get the goods "FREEBIES" with different license (with Standard License), you must purchase the vector pack containing the desired product.
• The resale and/or redistribution of our files is strictly prohibited.
• To copy or publish the content without prior permission is prohibited.
• We do not allow the republication, distribution, assignment in any form of the products on the site, with the exception of other written communication/concession.
• All products are exclusively downloadable from the site "ideem.it".

- Products

• All products on the categories "Vector Packs", "Templates" and "Illustrations" are vectors.
• The vector files are EPS format, a standard format compatible both for PC - Windows and Apple - MAC.
• The functioning of vector files is exclusively guaranteed with the use of Adobe Illustrator 10, CS, CS2, CS3, CS4, CS5. (However, if you not be able to open the file, please contact our customer care service at "info(AT)ideem.it" for an above version of "Ai" or "Eps" file format).
• The use of other graphic programs (CorelDraw, Freehand, ect) do not guarantee the correct functioning of files from the site.
• Please select accurately the produt you want, with particular attention to the "details" page.
• Please, make sure that your computer can manage the files, as descripted above. In the category "FREEBIES" you can downloading the examples for test the vector file.
• All our products have been successfully texted.
• The "packaging" vector template and vector pack does not contain instructions for boxes assembling.
• All "packaging" vector pack and vector template have been tested and assembled, installation is easy and intuitive.
• The instructions for the "packaging" boxes assembly is not supplied, asthe material for professional use.
• For all vector products, if the EPS file isn't editable, please ensure you have opened the file labeled "EPS" not "JPG" or other. Open the EPS file into your vector editing software and open your 'Layer' palette. If you see a lock icon next to the layer, click on it to unlock the layer so that you can edit the shapes.
• No products on the site can be shipped.

- Vector graphics | "Image scalable to any size and detail".

• Vector graphics is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), which are all based on mathematical equations, to represent images in computer graphics.
• A vector graphics program uses these mathematical formulae to construct the screen image, building the best quality image possible, given the screen resolution.
• The mathematical formulae determine where the dots that make up the image should be placed for the best results when displaying the image. Since these formulae can produce an image scalable to any size and detail, the quality of the image is only determined by the resolution of the display, and the file size of vector data generating the image stays the same.

• IDEEM offers two kinds of royalty free licenses: the limitated license, and the standard license.
• LIMITATED license (royalty free)
• This type of license allows you to use our images with no limit on time or diffusion.
• This license allows you to use our images to educational purpose or personal use only (school and didactic examples, exercises and alike).
• STANDARD license (royalty free)
• This type of license allows you to use our images with no limit on time or diffusion.
• This license allows buyers to use the image to create derivative products intended for resale or distribution where the value of the product is derived from the image (eg clothing, posters, cards, canvas, window, signs, decorative panels, packaging, websites, blogs and the similar).
• With the license, you'll be able to create mugs, t-shirts, posters, greeting cards, templates or other products, and sell them to your customers.
• OTHER INFORMATION ABOUT LICENCES AND USES.
• The "freebies" file can be used with a limited royalty free licence, for educational purpose or personal use only (school and didactic examples, exercises, etc...).

- Price

• All currency prices are in Euro. For your convenience also available in US Dollars and GB Pound.
• All prices are VAT exempt.
• Prices can undergo variations without any notice.

- Payment method

• PayPal and Credit cards | Process instantaneous - Secure Payments
• To provide you different options for the image purchase we have chosen Paypal.
• You can pay using your PayPal account or, if you don't have one, you can use your credit card using the options provided from PayPal. We accept the major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and rechargeable cards.

- Download

• After your payment has been completed and confirmed, in the section "My account » Orders history » View details » Download" you can download the images transferring them directly on your computer.
• To speed up the download you will receive an e-mail (your PayPal Email address) with the instructions for download your product.
• The products are available for instant download.
• For security reasons the purchased files will be active and downloadable for 72 hours (Link Expires after 72 hours and/or 3 Downloads). By necessity, contact us at "info(AT)ideem.it" to extend the download time.

- Refund Policy

• All digital products are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only provided in the event of multiple purchases of the same product, or if the order is canceled before the download of the product is made available.
• By downloading our digital products, you understand that additional software is required to use them.
• Refunds cannot be granted if the user does not have suitable software or technology to open our products.
• It is your responsibility to make sure that you have the proper software to open our files.
• Once you complete the order and pay, we cannot offer any refunds because the digital file will be instantly available for download.
• The functioning of vector files is exclusively guaranteed with the use of Adobe Illustrator 10, CS, CS2, CS3, CS4, CS5.

- Violation and Liability

• The information and files from or through the site are provided "as-is", "as-available", and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
• We will not be liable to you for any incidental, special or consequential damage of any kind that may result from the use of information or files or resources from or through the site.
• Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.
• The violation of these terms or one of its entries do not entitled to any refund or compensation.

- Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Italy.
• You expressly agree that any disputes related to this agreement will be resolved in a Alba Court, Cuneo, Italy.
• If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable the balance of the agreement will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

- Conditions and Acceptance

• By placing an order in the manner provided, the client declares has read and accepted Ideem's Terms of use.
• By clicking the “download” links found on the IDEEM website, or by opening an archive containing IDEEM files, you agree to the terms of the IDEEM end user license agreement.
• If terms and conditions are not entirely accepted, information, goods, services or products cannot be required from this site.
• The violation of these terms or one of its entries do not entitled to any refund or compensation.
• The terms and conditions can undergo variations without any notice, and will be valid from the date of publication on the website www.ideem.it.
• If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable the balance of the Agreement will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
• Ideem has provided you with a translation of the Italian language version of these Terms of Use, you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the Italian language versions of the Terms of Use will govern your relationship with Ideem.
  If there is any contradiction between the Italian language version of the Terms of Use and the translation, the Italian language version shall take precedence.
